  • to keep out the creepers trying to sneak a peak into the girl bathroom while your peeing
  • to have a feeling of security
  • to have a place to talk where the boys can’t hear
  • to have someone to help with either your hair, outfit or makeup
  • to gossip in safety
  • to cry in safety
  • to talk about the hottie in your algebra class
  • to get away from the forever judging society filled with antifeminists for a few moments
  • to tell each other you look like sluts and need to tone down the cat eye and pull up your shirt without the chance of other people hearing
  • to tell a secret
  • possibly because you both have to go to the bathroom

Also to rap battle

To sacrifice the males

To have lesbian sex

To open the Chamber of Secrets

The Hunger Games trilogy is dark and brutal but in the end, the books also offer hope—for a better world and a better people and for one woman, a better life for herself—a life she can share with a man who understands her strength and doesn’t expect her to compromise that strength, a man who can hold her weak places and love her through the darkest of her memories, the worst of her damage. Of course I love these books. The trilogy offers the kind of tempered hope everyone who survives something unendurable hungers for.

i laughed so hard at the “i don’t know” and “something is wrong”

the twilight one is like abstract poetry

If you read it all together it’s like the most awkward, tense conversation ever.

"My name is Katniss Everdeen," I sighed. Nothing happened.

"I don’t know," he sighed.

Harry looked around, I shake my head and shrugged.

Harry stared. “I am seventeen years old.”

I frowned and he waited.

"My home is District 12."

Harry chuckled and said nothing. Now I wish I had.

I laughed. We looked at each other. I swallowed hard. He shrugged. Harry blinked and hesitates. I flinched.

He looked around. “I’m not really surprised.”

I took a deep breath, something he didn’t have last time. “Something is wrong.”

He didn’t answer. He stood up.
